Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

1. Resolve day-to-day IT complaints and technical issues across multiple hospital locations.

2. Improve IT services, system performance, and user satisfaction.

3. Manage IT hardware, networking, CCTV, and surveillance systems.

4. Provide software support, troubleshooting, and hospital application management.

5. Handle software development, customization, implementation, and integration.

6. Manage cybersecurity, IT security, and data protection.

7. Administer servers, Domain Controllers, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure.

8. Support Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HMS), Hospital Management Software, and other healthcare applications.

9. Ensure smooth hospital IT operations with minimal downtime.

10. Coordinate with hospital departments, vendors, and technical teams to improve IT service delivery.

Experience & Work Locations:

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in the hospital or healthcare domain will be given preference.
