Products: New & Used Car Loans

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Loan Management: Oversee the entire car loan lifecycle, from initial lead sourcing to final disbursement.

2. Business Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential customers for new and used vehicle financing.

3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with dealerships and internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient loan approval process.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring transparency and high service standards throughout the journey.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience: Mandatory prior experience in Car Loans on Team handling Role(New/Used).

2. Local Expertise: Candidates should be from the Jaipur area or fully prepared to relocate.

3. Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, a dynamic sales-driven mindset, and the ability to manage complex field operations independently.
