Faculty & Staff Recruitment at The ICFAI University, Jaipur requires competent and suitably qualified individuals for the positions of Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Placement Managers, Admin & Accounting Staff for its constituent ICFAI Business School (IBS) Jaipur.

Positions Required & Qualifications:

1. Faculty Domains: Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Human Resources, FinTech, General Management, Finance & Accounting, Economics, IT & Analytics, Operations, Emerging Technologies, Communication & Soft Skills.

2. Associate Professors: Ph.D. with minimum of 8 years teaching experience in a reputed University / PG college and minimum 7 publications / Research Papers published in reputed / refereed journals. Experience in guiding Ph.D. Scholars is desirable.

3. Assistant Professors: Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% of marks and should have a Ph.D. / NET / SLET / SET etc. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience.

4. Placement Managers: Postgraduate degree in business administration, human resources or a related field with a minimum 5 years of experience in career services, recruitment, or talent management (preferably in higher education or business environment). Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Deputy Placement Manager. Strong networking and interaction skills with senior industry people are required.

5. Admin Staff: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration with a minimum 5 years of experience in Academic Administration, preferably in a University environment.

6. Accounts Staff: B.Com or M.Com degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tally, Excel & Word.
