Heera Ventures Group is looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our growing team as we build an exciting new children’s fashion brand.

We are looking for a designer who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas to the table, and work collaboratively to create outstanding collections. You will have a seat at the table in key meetings and should be comfortable contributing ideas and challenging existing thinking.

💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month (depending on experience, skills)

📍 Location: Jalandhar, Punjab, India

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections

• Create detailed tech packs and design specifications

• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers

• Research trends, fabrics, prints, and embroidery techniques

• Support product development from concept through to production

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Strong fashion design and illustration skills

• Experience with garment development and tech packs

• Excellent understanding of fabrics, trims, prints, and embroidery

• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
