Vacancy Matrix & Eligibility Criteria

Post & Qualification

• PGT – Physics and Mathematics Post-Graduate (with the subject in which employment is sought) with B.Ed./M.Ed. and minimum 50% marks in each.
• TGT – Computer ScienceGraduate with B.Ed. and equivalent with minimum 50% marks in each. (CTET/TET and OST/CSB qualified preferred).
• Art & Craft TeacherGraduation with Fine Arts/Drawing & Ptg as one of the subjects OR 04 years Diploma in Ptg/Arts with 50% marks.
• CounsellorGraduation with Psychology with a certificate or Diploma in Counselling with minimum experience of three years as Wellness Teacher/ Counsellor.
• Special Educator(a) Graduation with B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. General with one year Diploma in Special Education. (b) RCI Certification required.
• LDCPreferably Ex Serviceman, Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer Literate with Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Science Lab Attendant10+2 with Science and Computer Literate.

• Educational Norms: Educational qualifications must be as per CBSE byelaws for all the listed posts.
• Salary & Selection: Salary & Eligibility conditions adhere strictly to AWES Rules & Regulations. CTET/CSB are applicable as per norms.
• Management Rights: School management reserves the ultimate right to increase, decrease, or cancel any vacancy without assigning any reason.
• Financials: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending any selection rounds.
• Rejection Clause: Incomplete applications or submissions without supporting documents and the correct demand draft will be rejected automatically.
