Position Required: Assistant Manager – IT

Location: Kharkhoda, Haryana

Experience: 8 – 10 Years

Industry: Auto Components / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT infrastructure, applications, and interfaces in an auto-component manufacturing environment.

2. Manage Windows Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, SAP, Email Solutions, ManageEngine Service Desk, ITIL & ITSM.

3. Manage Network Infrastructure, VLAN, and Sophos Firewall.

4. Ensure 100% availability of IT infrastructure and applications at plant level.

5. Manage Active Directory, user and group creation, AD Policy configuration & deployment.

6. Plan and manage plant IT infrastructure including Servers, Storage, Desktops, Firewall, LAN, SD-WAN, Laptops, Printers, Barcode Solution, VC, CCTV Surveillance, etc.

7. Deploy and monitor ISMS & Cyber Security controls as per Company's IT Policy.

8. Manage IT support for Business Applications (SAP, PIM, HCL-Notes, APQP etc.) & shop floor IT Solutions including IoT solutions.

9. Diagnose & solve all kinds of IT infra, application & network-related issues.

10. Handle IT Project Management.

11. Oversee IT Risk assessment and mitigation including BCP-DR Planning & setup.

12. Formulate and document IT Policies & Procedures.

13. Monitor & manage IT assets and inventory at plant level.

14. Prepare and update MIS for IT assets and other activities related to IT function.

15. Manage compliances for software licenses and internal & external audits of IT function.

16. Coordinate with vendors for IT support and closure of issues.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in Plant IT / Manufacturing IT / Auto Component Industry, infrastructure management, networking, SAP, and cyber-security/ITSM will be preferred.
