PIU Ludhiana requires following specialists purely on contractual basis for

Surface Water Supply Project (World Bank Project): -

1. Deputy Project Manager (1) Salary: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
2. Sr. Construction Engineer (1) ₹1,50,000 – ₹1,85,000 per month
3. Health & Safety Expert (1) ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month
4. Environment Specialist (1) ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month

List of DesignationQualification & Experience Requirement Salary

1. Dy. Project Manager: Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with approx. 15 years experience in managing and executing infrastructure development works related to canal-based water supply schemes. Govt. sector experience desirable. Experience in WTP, Pipeline Works, OHSRs, and SCADA Systems. Coordination with contractors for planning and execution of project activities. Preference for PG or equivalent in Water Supply Engineering.
2. Sr. Construction Engineer (Executive Technologist Level): Degree in Civil Engineering with 10–15 years experience in government/private sector for execution of infrastructure development works related to water supply schemes, mainly OHSR construction. Preference for PG in Structural Engineering. Should have extensive experience in construction and operation of water supply systems, especially overhead reservoirs, and be capable of reviewing designs and drawings prepared by contractors.
3. Health & Safety Specialist: Suitable graduation, preferably in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management, or diploma/training in Safety/EHS from NICMAR or equivalent with 5 years experience on major construction sites.
4. Environmental Safeguard Specialist: M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences or equivalent with minimum 8 years experience at state, central, or ULB level. Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Forest Clearances, Environmental Monitoring, and Environmental & Social Audit.
