Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation

- Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates

- Support employee engagement and grievance handling

- Assist in performance reviews and HR reporting

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/Graduate in HR or related field

- 1 - 2 years of relevant HR experience

- Fresher with strong HR knowledge and willingness to learn can also apply

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:

Up to Rs.20,000 per month

Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
