📍 Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, or related streams)

💼 Experience: Freshers to 1 year

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily plant and production operations

• Monitor production processes and operational efficiency

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams

• Assist in manpower handling and shift coordination

• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and process standards

• Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives

• Learn shop floor management and industrial operations

🔹 Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and plant operations

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in shifts and on the shop floor

🔹 Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a plant operations environment

• Candidates from Ludhiana or nearby areas preferred
