Hiring – IT Support At Dream and Beauty Charitable Trust

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and mobile device-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, databases, and computer peripherals.

• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT hardware infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot desktop, networking, and system-related problems through onsite or remote support.

• Assist users with clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve common technical issues.

• Identify root causes of IT problems and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.

• Coordinate with vendors or higher-level technical teams for complex issues.

• Follow up with users to ensure systems are functioning properly after issue resolution.

• Prepare and update technical documentation, user guides, and support manuals.

• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems across all company locations.

• Perform routine maintenance of file servers and other critical IT infrastructure.

• Manage and track payments related to IT equipment, software licenses, and service providers.

• Assist in monitoring IT budget allocation and related expenses.

• Handle organization social media account access and basic account management tasks.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure network stability, system security, and data protection.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Experience with remote technical support and user assistance.

• Familiarity with server maintenance and CCTV management.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple IT support tasks efficiently.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience (Preferred)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
