We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work efficiently with digital tools and office software.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with visitors, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare documents, schedules, and basic presentations as required.
• Manage emails, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate with different departments.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior staff.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of office records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formulas.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and digital office tools.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role will be an added advantage.
