HIRING ALERT - PAYROLL OFFICER

Company: Eastman Cast and Forge Ltd

Location: Sanehwal, Ludhiana

Position: Payroll Officer

Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary Budget: Rs. 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees (Staff & Workers)

2. Managing attendance, leave management, overtime & shift allowances

3. Handling statutory compliances - PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus

4. Salary structure preparation, full & final settlement (F&F)

5. Handling TDS calculation and Form 16

6. Coordination with HR & Accounts team for salary disbursement

7. Preparing payroll MIS reports & salary slips

8. Handling payroll audits and employee queries

Required Skills:

- Must have 2-3 years of core payroll experience in Manufacturing Industry

- Good knowledge of Payroll Software / HRMS / SAP / Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)

- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance

- Accuracy and confidentiality in handling salary data.
