✅ Pricing, RFI & RFP Support

✅ TMS, CRM & Customer Portal Management

✅ Operational Reporting & Administrative Support

Required Experience:

✔ Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, trucking, freight forwarding, or 3PL operations

✔ Strong understanding of North American trucking and brokerage operations

✔ Experience with shipment tracking, POD management, rate confirmations, detention, layovers, TONU, and accessorial charges

✔ Hands-on experience with TMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel

✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
