Eligibility, Qualifications & Pay Scale

• Standard Norms: Qualification, Pay Scales, and other requirements are strictly as prescribed by the UGC Notification dated 18th July 2018, Government of Maharashtra Resolution (dated 8th March 2019), and University circular (dated 26th March 2019) and revised from time to time.
• Reference: The Government Resolution & Circular are available on the official Mumbai University website: mu[dot]ac[dot]in.
• Language Preference: Candidates having knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.

Reservation Guidelines

• Women: Reservation for women will be as per University Circular No. BCC/16/74/1998 dated 10th March, 1998.
• Persons with Disability: 4% reservation shall be for persons with disability as per University Circular No. Special Cell/ICC/2019-20/05 dated 05th July, 2019.
