Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualifications: A first-class Master's degree in Management and a Ph.D. from a reputed institute/university in India or abroad.
• Experience Requirements: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a leading business school, university, or the corporate world, of which at least 10 years should be as a Professor.
• Key Capabilities: Strong teaching, student mentoring, academic administration, industry acumen, and research skills, along with proven capabilities in institution building, governance, accreditations, faculty development, industry interface, and strategic planning.
• Age Limit: The age of the candidate should preferably be below 55 years.
