Eligibility & Application Procedure
1. Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing reception duties and managing the reception desk and facilities in the public area.
Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and attending to general enquiries from the public, including visa and consular-related enquiries.
Supporting events, airport duties for official visits, and other logistical arrangements.
Maintaining inventory records and monitoring office consumables.
2. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must hold a University Degree or equivalent qualification.
Possess relevant experience in reception and simple administrative duties.
Have a good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Have a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills.
Possess strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
