Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in handling Contract Management for Construction, EPC Civil Contracts, Arbitration & Disputes.

Shall be well conversant with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and the arbitration process.

Capable of representing the company before the Tribunal.
