Application Procedure & Mandatory Guidelines

Prospective candidates must carefully follow the offline application submission protocols outlined below:

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 250/- must be enclosed, drawn in favour of "Army Public School Panagarh" (payable at Panagarh).
  • Required Documents (Self-Attested Photocopies):
  • Educational Mark Sheets and Degrees starting from Class X, XII, UG, PG, B.Ed. etc.
  • AWES OST Score Cards
  • Aadhar Card
  • Experience Certificate(s)
  • Envelope Envelope Labeling: The application envelope must be explicitly marked as:
  • "Application for the Post (Mention PGT / TGT / PRT) Subject (Mention Subject applied for)"
  • Submission Address: Applications must be submitted via Registered Post, Speed Post, or by Hand to: The Principal, APS Panagarh, Near Gate No. 1, Panagarh Cantt – 713420


Crucial Timelines & Deadlines

  • Last Date for Submission: On or before 11th June 2026 by 1500 hrs. No application forms will be accepted thereafter.
  • Separate Applications: A separate application form and a separate Demand Draft (DD) must be submitted if applying for more than a single post.


Important Notes & Selection Process

  • Interview Mode: The interview will be conducted in Offline Mode only. No requests for an online mode or virtual interview will be considered under any circumstances.
  • Shortlisting: Scrutiny and shortlisting of applications will be carried out strictly as per AWES guidelines. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview date and time via telephone and email.
  • Pay & Allowances: As per school norms.
  • Financials: No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
