Maira Resort & Convention Centre, Raipur, Chhattisgarh is looking for an experienced professional to join their Hotel IT team.

Position Required: IT Associate / IT Supervisor

Experience: 1–2 Years of IT experience in a Resort / Hotel is mandatory.

Candidate Profile:

1. Hotel / Resort IT operations experience.

2. Basic knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, LAN & Troubleshooting.

3. Knowledge of Hotel IT systems / PMS / POS will be an advantage.

4. Hardware & software troubleshooting.

5. CCTV, printers, and other hotel IT equipment support.

6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

7. Willingness to work in a hotel environment and rotational shifts.
